If ordered items are in stock, expect 2-5 working days for dispatching. Because of the handmade, hand-finished nature of some products, some items may have to be made to order and dispatching times may vary. Please contact us if you need an order urgently and we will endeavour to provide a quick turn around. On some occasions especially christmas time, delays may occur. We dispatch orders on weekdays Monday to Friday only. Our courier and postal service offer next-day deliver nationwide and you will receive notification of when your order has been dispatched. Deliveries can be tracked when they have been dispatched.

We use An Post and a courier service for national and international deliveries.

For courier deliveries it is important a person is at the postal address provided to receive and sign for the delivery. The courier may need access to the phone number of the person receiving delivery if unable to find address. If delivery is attempted twice the order will be returned to us and the purchaser will occur any extra shipping charges.
