Returns

If you are not satisfied with any unpersonalised purchase you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The return shipping cost of items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we have received items in the condition that they were sent we will refund within 30 days less postage charges. All refunds will be issued through original method of payment.

Personalised pieces cannot be refunded but in the case of a personalised piece becoming damaged in transit a replacement can be issued.

Taxes and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibilities of the customer.

Prices

All prices on website are inclusive of VAT.

All date required to process an order will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.We will never store your credit card details.
